This place looks good at night. On page 38 of "Van buren today" it said "to be completed by September 2019." But I did this October 10, 2019 and looks like they don't have WiFi yet. Seems like nothing but walled in the main building. Besides that looks like they have all done.

Have not seen any thing when they are going to be 100% completed. Maybe when there is snow on the ground or next summer.
