im still figuring out adobe animate and im having a problem where the test video is faster fps that ive set it to, i just want to see if its a visual glitch and will be the correct fps on upload, and im not working on a video with these backgrounds next will be a fight with my origional carcter cascade and im not sure yet who he will be battling but i hope to make it a lot better that blue vs red, Have a good one
