I had previously installed a Huawei MediaPad Android tablet in my RX-8, unfortunately the tablet died and I had to replace it. I have chosen to replace it with a 2nd Gen Nexus 7.
Many people have asked for a DIY on my install so since I was replacing the tablet I took this opportunity to do a semi DIY of my install. I did not go into the details of how I actually made the hood work since that can vary from person to person. I had to use an Arduino to operate the hood because the PCB that came with the hood broke.
