Terror-dactyl is arguably the scariest ride in Colorado. This is an extreme swing ride at Cave of the Winds. This was built by Soaring Eagle. Riders board a gondola that is launched downwards and over Williams Canyon, several hundred feet beneath them. This offers stunning views and major thrills, so much so that I think it is the state's scariest ride.
