If you're new to the game, this will help you! Basic tutorial to solve your problems with NPC.

The house is 12 blocks long and 7 blocks high. It needs a torch, a door, a chair and a table.

Guide : Always there to annoy
Merchant : 50 silver in your inventory
Nurse : Must have used a Crystal heart (+20 max HP thing)
Demolitionist : Have a bomb or dynamite in inventory and used one.
Arms dealer : Have a firearm in your inventory
Dryad : Kill a boss
