In this last part (of three) I discuss how I cast the island cliff pieces in the mold using urethane plastics from Smooth-On. Smooth-Cast 320 and Foam-it 3 were used, and I hand roto casts the pieces. The casts did not have the tight corners and straight walls I had hoped for and I discuss some of my ideas about why that might have happened.
