Simple industrial ladders for 40k or Shadow War, made from sprue and toothpicks. Homebrew ladder rules at the end of the video, and also below:

"Any model within 1" of a movable
ladder may forfeit either its
movement or shooting to raise or
topple the ladder.

The model must pass a Strength
test. If successful, the ladder is
laid flat or propped against
terrain as applicable.

Models standing on a ladder which
is toppled take falling damage as
normal."
