Welcome back to another video of my fitness endeavour. This week I wanted to share the Heart Mountain Loop scramble located in Alberta's Kananaskis Country. Unfortunately the smoke and the wind conspired near the end of the hike so I had to miss out on the gorgeous view of Spray Lake, but it is always a great day when hiking.

I post videos to help me stay accountable. They aren’t very heavily but they’ve helped me lose over 90 lbs since January 2020.
