Vandal Hearts is an strategy-rpg developed by Konami for the Sony Playstation and Sega Saturn in 1996.
Full title is "Tension (The Torture Device Turns, Reen's Crisis)". Reen (aka Leen since Japanese cannot distinguish Ls and Rs) is name for Kira in the Japanese version of the game. You'll understand the reference if you played the game. However, this is a common battle theme which can be first heard in Ch1-4, the Rhine Bridge.
