An exclusive stereo remix of “I’m Going Home” by Ten Years After, from their 1969 Woodstock performance. The historic Woodstock concert introduced to the music conscious public some relatively unknown performers, particularly after the release of its movie on March 26, 1970. For me, Alvin Lee’s embodiment of being Elvis Presley with an electric guitar strapped on to him was my favorite. But the real joy was seeing him perform live in Asbury Park, NJ, on July 4, 1970. His lightening fast riffs and charisma made that concert as one to be remembered. The opening act was Mott The Hoople, and the young audience of 4,000 people brought with them the Woodstock theme of peace and music with ballons and frisbees thrown into the air. I wanted to capture that moment, put it into a bottle, and hold on to it forever. All rights reserved to the copyright owners. Enjoy and share this with your fans and friends.
