As I was making the drawer fronts for the SawStop storage cabinet designed by Marc at The Wood Whisperer, I wanted to use an offcut from my Andy Klein Twin Turbo Vise jaws. This piece was a little too narrow, so in order to make up the difference, I designed a set of router templates in Fusion and printed them on my Prusa Core One 3D printer. I have been woodworking for quite a while and have done template routing before, but this was a new one for me. It was a bit of a journey, but I was able to make perfect complementary ogee curves (hence the Complimentary OG Snoop and Dre joke).
