This is 30 minutes of the tv shopping network "TelShop". TelShop was live from midnight to 3am eastern time weeknights, with a full rerun played right after. It was owned by FNN (Financial News Network) and aired on the same channel. TelShop ran from 1986-1989 when FNN shut it down. FNN had it's own financial problems, and would later be bought out (and shut down) by CNBC.
