yes this, is actual trauma that I still have not overcome

until now I still can't stand sleeping beside someone on bed due to me afraid of moving the slightest then get my body kicked (abusive childhood basically)
and I can't stand people telling me about my English abilities due to past trauma again, yes
it's been a dumb 7 year of trying to overcome and I still cant- ack
