VHS upload. (reupload) A Tekken tribute/amv promo feature from former Game Network channel - Sky 223/172. The TV text chat feature throughout the first part of the vid was implemented to the channel around 2002 by cellcast to cover expenses, & thus changing the direction of the channel. Many interactive TV channels with text formats have since followed suit.
