Girl Bosses Simi Gumede and Tshiedza Chivizhe sat down with Mahlatsi Kekana (a young man) to discuss the links between peer pressure and depression in teenage years. Sometimes as a teenager you may feel depressed and if so, who do you turn to because you may feel misunderstood by your parents? Also friends can contribute to your unhappiness through peer pressure. These are issues that affect the Girl Bosses we care for and that’s why Simi, Tshiedza and Mahlatsi open up and share their thoughts on the topic in a free and relatable way. Simi is a young adult in her early twenties whilst Tshiedza and Mahlatsi are both teenagers. If you enjoyed the podcast feel free to give the video a thumbs up and subscribe.
