There are many different cells lines that you can be cultivated under various conditions. However, it’s never as easy with many bacteria that you can simply thrown into a flask and just grow to high densities. Human cells are more sensitive and needy 🥺. That’s why you need to take care of them over weeks in regular intervals to keep them “happy” in order to do experiments 👩🏽🔬.
Here, we show you one of the typical protocols how the growth medium is exchanged and how the cells are diluted to keep them in good condition for a long time.
