You are hearing a tuff little techno jam I had with Roland TR8 for drums, Wirehead Instruments Freaq FM groovebox for all the tones, with added OTIS Lifetones delay FX on the Freaq alone and Korg Volca Mix to blend them. Midronome supplies the MIDI and analogue clock sync.
