That said, I will confess to using a modified version of the remix for this cover. I mean, if Dave Rodgers can do it (and nail it), might as well! I have a tradition of remaking some of my original Super Ponybeat tracks for big fandom events.
In 2018 it was Luna 2018, for BronyCon.In 2019 it was Discord 2019, also for BronyCon.…and in 2025, it was Batty 2025, for Neighhem.
Batty is one of those quietly celebrated tracks in my SPB discography— not quite as big as Discord, Luna, or even Diamond Dogs in some cases, but at the time of its release it performed really well and seemed to click with the scene well! Im still really happy with the riff to this very day.
Originally the third verse was going to be replaced with a dubstep drop, but I instead opted for a reprised bridge, synth solo over the chorus, then back into the chorus one last time. I think its for the best. I did end up keeping the vocoder sounds from that, though!

In September of 2023, my Oddities unlocked the option for me to create a song about their teasing nickname for me when Im at my most blushy and joyfully femme, Strawberry Girl. After finishing the song, I decided to step things up and give the song so much more than my usual release structure. With the help of Moucchiato, Jusagi Chan, and Emi, we turned a cutesy, summery track into an Odyssey Eurobeat release unlike anything before!
