I decided to do what everyone does and google “Best TOTK settings Steam Deck”
This is the result… Mount Doom makes a vengeful return.

My Old Settings:
Shaders were cleared before testing.

Yuzu Settings (EA- Latest)
CPU Accuracy - UNSAFE
GPU-------------------------------------(normal)
Use Disk Pipeline Cache - ON
Use Async GPU Emulation - ON
Accelerate ASTC Texture Decoding - ON
Windows Adaptive Filter - BILINEAR
Aspect Ratio - MOD + Force 16-10 if wanted
GPU Adv.---------------------------------
Enable Async Presentation - OFF
Force Max Clocks - OFF
Decode ASTC Textures Async - OFF
Enable Reactive Flushing - ON
Use Async Shader Building - ON
Use Fast GPU Time - OFF**
Use Vulkan Pipeline Cache - ON
All others Default
SteamOS QAM—----------------------
1200MHz GPU Lock
13W TDP (if wanted)
SteamOS 3.5
SMT ON (Decky Loader, Power Tools)
Try between 4GB and 1GB UMA, some have reported that 1GB can result in less stutters
Cryo Utilities latest.
