Finally got to testing this game out on my HP 2000 bf69wm notebook.

Specs:
AMD E-300 APU 1.3GHz
Radeon HD 6310
4GB RAM

With FRAPS: 15-30 FPS
Without FRAPS: 20-50 FPS

Graphics settings: Everything to the lowest. Set textures and models to high, and resolution to 1280x720.

Conclusion: TF2 should run pretty well on any machine as it is an old Source Engine game.
