• See as God Sees: Strive to see your learners the way God sees them, rather than just seeing their behavior or attendance.
• Know and Pray: Seek to understand your students' specific circumstances and needs, and pray for them by name.
• Create Safety: Build a classroom environment where every student feels respected, valued, and safe.
