I made note pad holders for one of my son's teachers.. i got the note pads at Micheal's on clearance.
i used 12 x 12 paper... cut down to 8 1/4
score at 4 1/4, 4 1/2, and 8 3/4
cut corner off at an angle fold on the score lines
glue along bottom short side with angle cut
decorate front cover
