Aside from the War Games Finals, two more title fights will occur on this card. Trece Alvarez has been on one of the best runs of his career, currently holding the Intercontinental and Tag Team Titles as part of the One Dumb-Ax Nation. After a successful Tag Title defense against Dwayne Matthews & Darren Tate at Homecoming, Prince Devitt would appear atop the stage, allowing his Rock N' Rollas teammate Ethan Sander to lay out the IC Champion with an Onyx Elbow and leaving without a scratch on him. Earlier that night, Sander participated in a five-way dance in order to determine the new Fire Pro Champion. A controversial elimination occurred as Sander appeared to have Hijo Jaguar III eliminated but was not counted in the midst of a double pinfall. Jaguar III was able to make the most of it and was able to secure his second run as Fire Pro Champ, last eliminating Ethan. In a way to attempt damage control on the outraged combatant, Sander has been granted an opportunity at the Intercontinental Title. Can Sander take advantage of this opportunity?
