Present in the PAL release and the Japanese Gekkan Demo is a tst.rel file, which can be used to load this otherwise unused enemy loadout. The text displayed is also embedded into the rel directly, which is unusual.
...I discovered this on my own and then noticed 388493 other people have already talked about this, but none have actually translated the text, so... here it is, I guess~
