You check the transmission fluid level by running the machine for 5 minutes and shifting through the gears. Turn off the machine and immediately check the fluid level on the dipstick. Fill to high level mark.

This was done on a TCM FG25N2S but it should apply across many models. The system capacity is about 7 litres.
