5000 lb capacity forklift with pneumatic/outdoor wheels and they are available for a reasonable price. It has a great free-lift where it can lift the forks up to about 6 feet before the mast starts rising so it's good in low ceiling locations. I consider this to be the ideal set-up for personal use.
