TBL 29 - HVAC Blower Motor Won't Turn Off (wait... now it won't turn ON!)

In this episode I went after a fairly frustrating problem in the Escort where the HVAC blower motor wouldn't turn off, then it wouldn't turn on, then it reversed behavior again. At that point, I began firing parts at it such as a new blower motor speed resistor pack, a new HVAC related relay, and finally another new ignition switch is what solved the problem (after only getting 3 months of use out of the last one).
