You have to set it on teams and have your partner level 1. The other team has to have 1 level 8 and 1 level 9 and set to Random. You have to keep your partner alive or you have to try again! Sorry that I had only Pokeballs on, I forgot to turn items off. It is a lot harder than it looks!
