Taza Chocolate. Stone ground, full of flavor, and IMHO tastes sweeter than conched chocolate. I think it is because you crunch on sugar crystals which seems to impact sweet receptors more.
Funny story. This is part of the 50 Chocolate Makers in 50 Days series. My power went out so I had to record by candle light. I didn't know the package was upside down until after I uploaded. I even uploaded everything in the dark. Life goes on, even when things turn upside down.
