I finished this video last summer and am finally posting it :P
"It was the summer of 2007 and we welcomed the birth of our 3rd daughter. My 3 daughters and I enjoyed a wonderful summer at home together. My 3 year old, Lexi, was joining her older sister, Taylor, at school. Things were going great. Two days into school, Taylor was staying home sick with fevers. After a week of fevers, she was not getting any better. A quick trip to the Pediatricians office turned into a day of tests. Taylors blood test results were abnormal and we needed to go immediately to the hospital for further testing. A few hours later the diagnosis came in. Taylor had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Our world was turned upside down. "
Taylor has had approximately 21 blood product transfusions, 3 surgeries, 4 bone marrow aspirations, and 16 spinal taps. She has lost her hair 2 times, spent at least 55 days on steroids, and developed shingles.
