The song is in a different key than the original due to the note block 2 octave limit. It also has a faster tempo. The note block song was initially built using Minecraft Note Block Studio, manually adding all the notes and instruments by ear. The note blocks were then converted to command blocks to spawn note blocks in the area shown in the video through /setblock commands.
