Like everyone else, I was introduced to Tay Zonday through Chocolate Rain. I'm pretty sure that was the second YouTube video I ever watched (the first was Fry Dat Chicken.) Over the years his other songs basically became the soundtrack to and for my life from the age of 15 to now at 33. They resonated with me deeply and they said the things that I was thinking and feeling but didn't have the words to say. While working on my latest upload "Layers" that used his song Edit Me I came up with the idea for this. A Tay Zonday tribute mashup medley! (AH! SHE SAID IT! SHE SAID THE THING!) I just received a late diagnosis of CPTSD and AuDHD with that I wanted to use the lyrics that resonated with me the most to tell a story. My story! Is it echolalia? Is it scripting? I don't know. I just thought it was pretty cool. Tay/Adam is a phenomenal singer, writer, voice actor and human. I don't think I would have made it this far or been able to create the things that I do and have without his influence and inspiration. If he can do it I can do it too! Thank you sir for sharing yourself, your voice and your thoughts with the world!
