I don't get any problems with taxi's usually, but despite there being less than 4 metres between parked cars, this taxi driver seems to think it's safe to overtake and cut in.... achieving nothing but getting to the back of a taxi rank less than 10 seconds sooner.
Despite trying to reason with her, she wasn't interested in listening, and once she realised I wasn't falling for her excuses, she brought out the road tax arguement!
Obviously, unable to take the facts of realioty, she just told me to "F-off" and shut the window.
Well... thanks to Youtube, the world can listen to her silly lame excuses!

Nowhere in the highway code does it say a cyclist has to be over near the kerb.
Rules 163 and 167 give hints on how to behave around cyclists and other road users.
But what this driver did isn't in there!
Riding close to parked cars is dangerous. What if a driver opened a door without looking properly?
Road Tax is an 'emissions tax'.... it has nothing to do with 'using' the road, and lots of cars don't pay this tax either, low emission vehicles of under 100g of CO2 pay nothing, new vehicles under 300g/km pay nothing for the first year...
Disabled drivers (including some of the disabled badged cars parked in this video), tractors, emergency, military, diplomatic vehicles... there's about 3million exemptions, but they're still allowed on the road!
