In one of Alternative Universes, on January 6, 1982, TAT Communications Company was acquired by MTM Enterprises, Inc. and MTM Enterprises, inc. was rebranded to TAT Communications Company, it keeped Mimsie The Cat, sometimes Mimsie meows in the logo.

Also CBS was acquired by MTM Enterprises, inc. and now it has Mimsie the Cat instead of CBS Eye.
