Today I'm trying two new single cask Jamaican rums from Down Island Spirits. We've got the Jamaica HD 2022, a 3 year old HLCF from Hampden Estate. And we've got the Jamaica NY 2008, a 17 year rum from New Yarmouth aged first in ex-bourbon and then in a French Oak Sauternes casks.
