You’ve heard of a charcuterie board—but what about a seacuterie board? This unconventional–but increasingly popular–trend adds a gourmet touch to your camp cuisine, with smoked fish and seafood paired with flavor-packed pickles, savory yogurt, fresh herbs, and more. Best of all—no cooking required at camp.

See the full recipe below or get it here.

Ingredients:

● 2-3 of your favorite tinned fish/seafood or tinned vegetables
● Pickles: giardiniera is especially good with this
● Soft-cooked eggs, cooked at home (7-minute cook, eggs straight from fridge into boiling, salted water)
● Mini cucumbers
● Cherry tomatoes
● Radishes
● 1 cup Greek yogurt
● ½ cup mixed herbs, chopped (any combination of parsley, dill, chives, or oregano)
● ½ teaspoon garlic powder
● ½ teaspoon dried oregano
● ½ teaspoon salt
● Pinch of chili flakes
● Crackers
● Chips
● Cutting knife
● Wooden spoon and spatula
● Mixing Bowl(s)
