Operation Recall (side op) 15AUG2017
MISSION.
USSOCOM Has received the case from the CIA and assigned Task Force Aspis to handle the situation. Operation Recall will be divided into 2 main phases.
Phase 1: A 4 man SFOD-D Recce team will be dispatched from a pre-placed SFOD-D safehouse and scout out three locations given by the CIA on Douglas Kaden's (Callsign "Vulture") location. The recce team will work solely undercover with 1 legal firearm granted to the team. They will assess each location and gain a positive ID on Vulture. Once Vulture's location has been confirmed on Tanoa, the recce team will leave 1-2 men behind (dependent on personal available) to have constant eyes on Vulture. Remaining recce personal will return to the safehouse.
Phase 2: All other TFA personal besides the recce team will be standing-by at the SFOD-D safehouse. Once part of the recce team returns, an assault team will be formed to conduct a direct-action raid on Vulture's position. Insert will be via clandestine land/sea vehicles. DA kits will be clandestine based on a PMC like appearance so that TFA personal do not resemble involvement with the US in any way. Once the first shot is fired, the DA team will have no more than 2 minutes to kill or capture Vulture before local police and military arrive. If the DA team is unable to complete the raid and leave the hot zone within 2 minutes, they will be disavowed by the US government, whether they fight out or not. Once Vulture is secure, all TFA personal in the AO will rendezvous and return to the safehouse, careful to not pick up any tails. Once all TFA personal in Tanoa + Vulture are at the safehouse, full destruction of the safehouse will be conducted and TFA personal will change into local clothing with no weapons or compromising equipment and "escort" Vulture out of the Horizon Islands via civilian air transport to Albania, where Vulture will be handed over to CIA personal waiting there.
