Samuss first adventure is retold in Metroid: Zero Mission with extra storyline, extra items and on a system with a better graphics processor. This run completes the game with 100% item collection, at least as far as the end-of-game display is concerned.
This is an improvement to cpadolfs 100% TAS, beating it by 38.26 seconds, 32 seconds on the ingame timer. A large part of this (29 realtime seconds, 17 ingame seconds) is because of a few route changes during the item cleanup after getting Power Bombs, but its also because of higher optimization, faster room strategies, and better ammo management throughout the run. However, since this run is also made on a newer emulator than the published run, every room transition takes 1-2 frames longer, and the screen explaining a newly picked up item (not expansions) is a few frames slower as well.")

The third game in the Megaman Zero subseries takes place two months after its predecessor.
It features mostly the same game play as its predecessors, but with a different Cyber Elf system and customizable armor. Also new are the Secret Disks, which can be analyzed for information about the series, enemies, items, and the characters.
Unlike the other run, this run aims to collect all disks, all sub-tanks, and all Ex-Skills. It also gets a special rank when the final stage ends (Disk Capturer) and unlocks Ultimate Mode afterward.")

By not having the Falcon Armor as usual, X faces a challenge where he needs to save the day by defeating Nightmare inventor Gate which at the end was manipulated by Sigma (surprise).
Unarmored X means that X will not be able to charge acquired weapons, have no air mobility (aka Air Dash), receive a lot more damage and consume more weapon energy.
