So, it turns out my TAS was RTA BEATABLE, so I took a few more hours to bump it down a hundredth and actually max it.

The start of Peters run and the rest of Sanchiis run are basically perfect; and the TAS so happens to combine them both. With that in mind, its pretty evident that another hundredth cannot be gained on this track, meaning the TAS is officially maxed.
