Here we go: Fooling around with Crazy Hand, a program meant to change a character's attributes, moves, etc. Kind of my first attempt making a super character. I increased Mewtwo's running speed, jumping height and momentum, deleted any landing lag from aerial attacks, and made the Shadow Ball much faster and basically a one hit kill. Also, I dramatically increased the distance of his Up B. I used the SD Remix version of Melee.
