A super simple way to crash the game in super mario 64. Note that this glitch only occurs on the console; on the emulation (and I believe WiiVC, too) mario clips through the wall and falls out of bounds similar to if he falls off of the platform I was BLJing on.")

Ok, so long story short, I was actually doing some BLJs like this on my N64 when I actually clipped the cannon, but didnt enter it. In fact, I was underneath it. It was pretty cool, so I decided to replicate it in a TAS.
I attempted the BLJs with timed pause buffers and without, but no matter what, I was always to fast or to slow.
The way It works is that when you clip through thick walls with a mid blj speed, you can sometimes loose it all or most. Thats what happened on the N64, I did a BLJ, clipped the cannon, and lost my speed. Whereas on my TAS attempts, I couldnt lose my speed and kept moving into the cannon, triggering the cannon animation.")
