Sonic Adventure 2 Battle: Radical Highway Mission 2 completed in 30:84 (TAS)
NTSC U Version
Played on: Dolphin 3.0 681 with 382 desync fixes x64
Re-records: 8948 (though Dolphins re-record counter isn't what I'd call accurate)
Non-TAS World Record: Paragod (PersonOnEarth) 36:25
Old TAS World Record: 31:55 by me:

This TAS is pretty tightly optimized, seeing as how I've done the beginning of this level 4 times now, I think I've finally optimized it to the point where changing the input, even slightly will lose time, the only places I could see this TAS being improved are at the very end, if its possible to get the ring that's higher up if would save 5-6 frames and also at the very start, I don't hold A on the springs because it gives so much upward speed that the homing attack seems impossible, but if someone were to find a way to do it, it could save somewhere around 12 frames.
