Dragons Lair is an FMV game that was animated by Don Bluth and his studio. It was initially released on LaserDisc-based arcade machines and was revolutionary for featuring fully animated cutscenes as part of a video game. In the years to follow, there would be various attempts at porting the game to various video game consoles. Many of them became standard platformers like the NES and SNES version. Some retained the core gameplay and design like the Sega CD and Game Boy Color versions. The Game Boy Color version is unique in that the cutscenes from the original arcade game were faithfully reanimated to fit the consoles limitations. Not all cutscenes were included, however.

DamDam Stompland is a rather unique combat game for the PlayStation that was released only in Japan. The goal of the game is to defeat your opponent by stomping on their shadow in under one minute. Whoever gets three successful stomps before time is up wins the game. There are seven characters to choose from, each with their own unique abilities. Items that spawn on the stage can be used to either aid you in stomping your opponents shadow or to defend your shadow from being stomped. The game appears to have been built around the fact that the PlayStation can render shadows of 3D models in real-time.

My Little Pony Crystal Princess: The Runaway Rainbow is a licensed video game thats based on the My Little Pony Generation Three movie of the same name. Batman is a licensed NES video game adaptation of the 1989 Tim Burton movie of the same name. Here, the hero of Gotham City goes against the villains of Gotham City, the Joker and whatever unfortunate lackey that teams up with him. His fists are more powerful than any weapon in the world, but he rarely kills anyone. Its not like his enemies can hurt him anyway. After all, hes the hero, and heroes are supposed to be invincible. But lets not dwell on that and enjoy the excellent graphics and music by Sunsoft.

Treasure Planet is a licensed isometric platforming game thats loosely based on the Disney animated movie of the same name.
