Batman: Dark Tomorrow is a 2003 action platformer video game based on the Batman franchise. The game was made to be a more faithful depiction of the character from the comics at the time, however the game is infamous for its lackluster gameplay, as well as fixed camera angles which made traversing levels confusing.

Cats n Dogs is a board game-based video game for the Commodore 64 that was published in the January 1988 issue of the Computes! Gazette. It is a variation of the game Connect Four, but with the theme of raining cats and dogs. To make things more interesting, there is a Dog Catcher that randomly appears in any spot whenever a cat or dog is dropped. If the Dog Catcher catches a cat or dog, the animal is lost for the turn.

Chuckie Egg is a platforming game developed by A&F Software and released for the ZX Spectrum in 1983. The goal is to collect the eggs that are strewn around the various stages whilst avoiding the titular chuckies as well as the mother duck in later stages, before time runs out.

Mega Man X4 is an action platforming game and the fourth game in the Mega Max X series. Is the first game in the series to be brought to the PlayStation and takes advantage of its capabilities, from having more complex backgrounds to fully-animated cutscenes. Taking place many years after Mega Man X3, a Reploid military force called Repliforce was formed to help the Maverick Hunters suppress Maverick uprisings, but have quite an uneasy relationship with the human government. After the sabotage and crash of Sky Lagoon, some of Repliforces troops have been suspiciously seen with the Maverick terrorists, causing accusations from the government to be thrown at them. This finally breaks Repliforces relations with the government, and Replilforce starts a rebellion to break away and form their own Reploid-only nation. X and Zero have been tasked to stop them in hopes of preventing yet another long war.
For this run, HappyLee ( https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/HappyLee ) decides to input a code that gives them access to the Ultimate Armor, the best power-up in the game. Unlike the later games, its not given to X at the start and must be retrieved from a Light Capsule. Nevertheless, HappyLee demonstrates how quickly the game can be beaten with the Ultimate Armor, doing some RNG manipulation here and there to reduce lag.

Naruto: Ninja Council is licensed game that is based on the manga Naruto. Its story covers from the start of the manga all the way to the Chuunin Exams arc, with chunks of the plot omitted here and there. Its gameplay offers a mix between action platforming and more traditional fighting game elements. It also offers music that sounds rather interesting coming from a Game Boy Advance game from 2003, more so 2006 when the game came out overseas.

Flushed Away is a licensed platforming game thats based on the animated movie of the same name. As with many other similar licensed games, the version for the Nintendo DS is rather short and follows the original plot in broad strokes. Upper-class fancy rat Roddy St. James gets accidentally flushed down a toilet and ends up in the sewers underneath London. Desperate to get home, he enlists the help of sewer sailor and fellow rat Rita Malone, who is on the run from a gang of toads. Roddy must now help out Rita in her predicament if he wants to get home.

Trio the Punch: Never Forget Me... (トリオ・ザ・パンチ) is a rather bizarre beat em up developed by Data East for the arcades. It later saw a port to the PlayStation 2 as part of an arcade compilation called Oretachi Gēsen Zoku. From what can be discerned, there doesnt appear to be any sort of coherent through-line connecting all the levels beyond jumping from one setting to another. You choose a character, go through a level, get some words on the screen, then move on to the next level. These levels often dont follow standard game-play conventions, with bosses appearing at the start of some levels and certain levels having only a few enemies before the end-level boss.
For this run, illayaya ( https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/illayaya ) starts by using Kamakura for the first few stages, then later using the games roulette wheel switches to Santos for the rest of the run, completing the game in record time.

Killer Instinct is a classic fighting arcade game from Rareware, which saw a home console port exclusive to the SNES.
