Quartet is a homebrew puzzle game for the Game Boy Color. The objective of the game is to score points by arranging faces out of pieces given to you in one of four spots. More points are given for faces where all the pieces are of the same color and design. Lives are lost when either the time limit for placing a piece runs out or a piece is placed in a spot that that it cannot occupy. Extra lives are given by earning points. The game only ends when all lives are gone or the player quits.
For this run, CasualPokePlayer ( tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/CasualPokePlayer ) decides to aim for the maximum score that can be displayed of 999999, doing so as quick as possible by playing on Hard and manipulating the RNG into giving them all the pieces they need for the most optimal run.

Venture is an action-adventure game where a treasure hunter named Winky goes into dungeons to find treasure. The goal is the get all of the treasure in each level while fighting and dodging monsters. Stay in a room too long and a big monster called the Hallmonster will chase down Winky and try to kill him.

Tony Hawks Pro Skater is the first game in a now extensive series ( https://tasvideos.org/GameGroups/123 ) of 10+ games that are still being created and released to this day. It was first released for the PlayStation in September 1999, and later ported to the Nintendo 64 and Sega Dreamcast. Primitive by todays Tony Hawk control standards, it utilizes flip tricks, grab tricks, grinds, and special tricks, which can be done on street ramps, vert ramps, rails, and all sorts of other objects.

Digimon Rumble Arena 2 is a fighting game developed by Bandai and Black Ship Games and released in 2004 for the GameCube. Rockman no Constancy is a very extensive ROM hack of Mega Man 2, with changes to the music, the graphics, the level design, and the characters. A couple of the powerups from the original game remain, which means that a number of techniques that can be done there can also be done here.
Two versions of this hack exist: normal mode and hard mode, with the primary difference being no mercy invincibility on hard mode. Manic Miner is the first game in the Miner Willy series. It is well known for being one of the most influential games in the platform genre, being the first game on the ZX Spectrum to feature in-game music (although its disabled in this TAS to make the game run faster). The story goes that Miner Willy falls down an abandoned mineshaft and has to navigate through many rooms while collecting treasure and making his way back home.

Kirbys Dream Land is a classic platforming game for the Game Boy and the first game in the long-running Kirby franchise. As it is the first game, it lacks certain established elements, most notably Kirbys signature ability to gain the abilities of the characters he eats. In the magical place known as Dream Land, the self-appointed King Dedede has stolen all of his subjects food for a midnight feast. Kirby now bravely sets out to stop the gluttonous penguin and recover the food.
