this is unoptimized. samus starts her up-b at random, meaning maxing this is a task of luck manipulation which i don't really feel like doing.
i lose 2 frames on the first up-b and 1 on the second, so theoretical max is 9.95. everything else should be optimized unless samus jumps at you earlier sometimes. i didnt actually test that.
