This was played on Version US 1.1 of SM64DS on my Nintendo 3DS. The final time for this run was 17:12 because I started the run from a 0 Star file instead of a new file. This skips the 2-minute intro cutscene at the start of the game, but in order to have runs that start from 0 Star files line up with other runs on the leaderboard, an additional 1:56 (1 minute and 56 seconds) is added on to whatever time you got.
Warning, this part of the description is cringe: Happy 2020, everybody! What better way to start the new decade than with a new video after 3 months of not uploading? This run is about 39 seconds faster than my previous PB of 17:51 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNw5KE53UrA), and Im pretty happy about it. However, there are still some mistakes I can improve on. For example, I choked pretty badly in HMC and had some slightly sloppy movement in Bully the Bullies. I feel as though Fire Sea went pretty well, the only mistake I made was missing the wall jump at about 10:12. Im really happy I managed to get both Rabbit Clips on the first try. I also have trouble catching the upstairs rabbit, so Im really happy I did that on the first try as well. I couldve done the Endless Stairs Skip a bit faster after clipping upstairs. I had some good movement in the Sky, and Im really glad I only missed two Bowser throws. Next goal: Sub 17 or bop relievedliberty

I apologize for taking so long to finish this! I started this level in late August 2020 but school has been rather difficult at times and Ive been experiencing some occasional lapses in motivation when it comes to TASing and speedrunning, but Ive recently been feeling much more motivated to work on this TAS and decided to finally finish this level.

I still cant believe I failed this task. I was supposed to hit one of the yellow ! boxes but I completely forgot. By the way, that last part of the video where I fall through the ground is not part of the task, I just did it for fun.
Task: Enter Bob-omb Battle Factory, complete the below objectives, and end by dying.
* You must collect only one yellow coin.
* You must collect only one red coin.
* You must break only one large crate/cork box.
* You must break only one small crate/cork box
* You must break only one yellow box.
- You are not allowed to have your 1 yellow coin be from a box you break.
- You are not allowed to interact with, or kill, any killable enemies.
- You are not allowed to BLJ.
- You are not allowed to grab anymore coins, your run should end with 3 coins.
- You can not collect a coin during death.
Time starts on first visible frame of the level, and ends on the screen being completely black after dying.")
