I take no credit for the routing, only the TAS construction. Routing credit goes to the exceptional RTA runners: soraaaa_sky (そら), who has a mind-boggling 2hr40m run, and Electra13x7777.
This TAS uses a combination of both their routes, because sometimes one worked when the other didnt, and on one occasion I improvised as I couldnt get either to work.

Quick demo of Guiles magic throws using TAS inputs. To pull off the throw, you must hold back for 60 frames, be in range for the upside-down kick, then start the kick and hit strong/fierce punch 1 frame later.
I plan to test more variations to get more specifics - like the max distance, min time between throws, other input variations, and what actually causes the glitch (suspect its related to the inputs overflowing an address and selecting the wrong move, but thats just a guess).")
