this is 1 of the 5 missing TAS framerules from the current warpless SOB RTA (1-3, *3-1*, 5-3, 6-2, 7-1). the current best 3-1 IL is by Niftski, which is only 1 framerule slower: youtu.be/XoCNh3qgaB4

sorry if my explanations are a lil scuffed btw, I'm currently a bit sick. despite that, I still managed to find this new setup which is actually an improvement to a previous setup of mine that was fairly similar. this setup should definitely be a better alternative though, as the pipe inputs are MUCH more lenient. if only the koopa bop wasn't always so fucked lol
Main Inputs:
D5 TAS accel, 11 framer on frame 41 (jump to the pipe), 2 frame window left press, 1-2 framer left press into a D+R buffer, 1 framer on frame 77 while holding D+R (jump out of the pipe), subspeed pause and blazit D+R (any order), full jump on frame 37, RLA on frame 103 with A for 15 frames, frame perfect left press for 16 frames, instant L to R, top step into a wiggle to get down to D10-D70 subpixels, and finally a 1-4 frame window left press to FFPG depending on your subpixels and/or subspeed.
