This is a topic that was a long time coming and I think I sort of covered in another video already. Like, in passing because I was talking about corporate culture.
"The customer is always right!" is a term out of capitalist yesteryear. Ironically it's only out dated because the term has been twisted to mean almost the opposite from how it was originally coined. In short, a better phrase might be "The customer always knows what they want!".
Well, in this video, I cover this idea in depth along with how it relates the people that some like to call "Karens". This customer service professional is basically gonna go over what he thinks about Karens. :)
